The HP was recommended in a Commercial Real Estate class I took, needing to have this "tool" I purchased the TI BA II Plus because it was what was available to me in my time of need...and I couldn't be happier. It's taken some practice to learn to use it properly, but the ease of use overall is great. I've never used a financial calc. before so I can't compare it to another brand. The downside is the extensive manual and the time it took me to learn the mechanics.
