I bought the TC100 and it couldn't recognize fingerprints. The Anviz USA customer service is rude and uninformed. The software doesn't work, either. I bought it direct from Anviz. Buy something else and save yourself the aggravation of having to return this and wondering how much of your money they will try to keep.Get more detail about tc100.
