This is a good product. But the BA II Plus professional sent by Amazon did not turn on. I was very disappointed. I returned it back to Amazon and waiting for my refund.... Anyhow, I went to neighborhood Office store and purchased it from there for $48 including tax. I guess sometimes it is better to buy product like this from a store. Anyhow, if you have to pay a little bit more buy it from a store instead of here. Something to keep in mind. By the way the calculator is very good and the manual is very self explanatory!
